The weather has been iffy since we arrived, overcast with threats of rain. Today is no different. Our program for the day is to enjoy an electric car ride through the old market. We left the hotel on a motor coach a little before 9am and soon arrived at our destination. There were four of us in each vehicle which really amounted to a four-seater golf cart. We traveled up and down and all around the market watching the people come and go; living their lives. And everywhere there was the unending stream of motor scooters.
Once again, I hope my pictures tell the story. Let’s begin with a shot through the windshield of our vehicle.

The rest of the photos are just a random collection that I hope provides a glimpse of life in the market on Saturday in Hanoi. Enjoy!

Let’s end our market visit with two photos taken by JoAnn.

Your pictures are amazing. I saw in the one picture the Mother was wearing a helmet but not the child. I found that strange. Thank you for taking me along.
Thanks Debra for the nice comment. Your input is greatly appreciated.
Great pictures. Can’t wait to show Bob. He wants to go there. These pictures will either make him want to get on a plane tomorrow or he may say no thank you.
