Yesterday, after leaving the Riverside Hotel we boarded the Enchanted Princess for a 10 day cruise. It’s always nice to get away from winter in the northeast and there is no better way to do it then on a Caribbean cruise. Let’s start with a photo of our cabin, which is located on Aloha deck, cabin 520.

Today we are at anchor, in the Bahamas and we are visiting Prince Cay.

It’s a stop for a day at the beach and fun in the sun.
It’s a lovely stop. We tendered in from the ship; easy-peasy. Here are a few shots of the area. The first shot is as we were approaching the island on our shuttle. No tender, a land-based shuttle. It was a beautiful day, warm and sunny with a slight breeze. A perfect day to lay out on the beach.

A couple of additional shots, in no particular order, of Princess Cay. The area is extremely clean and inviting.

The beach is filled with clamshells. All for rent at a reasonable price. For the life of us, we don’t know why anyone would rent a clamshell behind another one. I wouldn’t want to lay out looking at the back of some blue thing. I want the ocean in my view.

Plenty of loungers everywhere and then some.

If you are of a mind, you can rent a small cabana (they are the colorful buildings in the background). They come with air conditioning and a dedicated server. Just a little under $300 for the day. By the way, how did you like the hibiscus?

As we were leaving Princess Cay I took this shot just for the fun of it.

Back on board and we decided to take a nap by the side of the pool when I captured this photo of the sun behind a cloud.

Goodbye Princess Cay, onto St. Thomas.

Looks amazing, ah, to be at the beach.
